These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of a license for the Agent Task Manager software (the “Software”).
1. License and trial
- The Software includes a free trial of one month, starting at first activation. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not reset the trial.
- When the trial ends, the board, your data and AI collaboration (MCP tools) remain fully accessible; a few dashboard features (viewing AI chat / AI summaries, AI reports, the AI team page) pause until a license is activated. No board or data features are locked.
- A paid license unlocks the Software permanently on one device. Each device is identified by a Device Code — a code derived from a firmware-level identifier of your machine. Because it is firmware-level, reinstalling your operating system does not change the Device Code and does not require a new license.
- Your license is bound to both that Device Code and the email address used at purchase. Activation requires an account registered with the same email address.
- Licenses are personal and non-transferable and may not be resold or shared. A license is valid only on the device (and email) it was issued for.
2. Payments
- Purchases are processed by Creem (creem.io) as the Merchant of Record.
- The license price is $10.00 USD, a one-time payment (unless another price is shown at checkout). Taxes are handled by Creem. The price shown at checkout is the final price.
3. Refunds
- You can request a full refund before your license is issued by emailing [email protected].
- After a license is issued, it is bound to your device and to the email address used at purchase, and is non-refundable; see Section 4 for free recovery options and Section 7 for your statutory rights.
4. License recovery & using another device
- Same device (including a full OS reinstall): your Device Code stays the same, so your license keeps working — just re-import it from your delivery email. If you lose the file, contact us for a free re-issue for the same device.
- Another device: on a device that is already licensed, open 🔑 License → “Authorize another device”, enter the Device Code shown on the new device, and transfer the generated authorization text to it. Each license can authorize up to 5 additional devices, and only for the same email address as the original license. A delegated device cannot authorize further devices.
- If the delegation limit is used up, or if your licensed device is lost or unusable and no delegation was generated in advance, a new license must be purchased. We cannot issue a license for a different device.
- The email bound to a license cannot be changed. If you need to use a different email address, please purchase a new license.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or attempt to circumvent the license verification or the delegation limits of the Software.
6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
7. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
8. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Before pursuing any formal dispute, please contact us at [email protected] — we will always try to resolve the matter amicably first.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
