Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how we (“we”, “us”) handle information in connection with the Agent Task Manager software (the “Software”) and licenses purchased for it.
1. Information we collect
- Purchase information. Payments are processed by our partner Creem (creem.io), which acts as the Merchant of Record. We receive order details such as your email address, order number, Device Code, and purchase status. We never receive or store your full card details.
- Device Code. To issue your license, you provide a Device Code — derived from a firmware-level identifier of your machine. It encodes a public key rather than a raw hardware ID, cannot be used to identify you personally, and is used only to bind your license to that device (reinstalling your operating system does not change it). You enter it at checkout — the required “Device code” field on the Creem order form.
- License email. Your license is bound to the email address associated with your order. Activation requires an account registered with that same email address; the bound email cannot be changed later.
- Support communications. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
2. How we use this information
- To issue, deliver, and verify your license — including binding it to your device and order email, and free re-issuance for the same device;
- To provide customer support and process refunds;
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. What the Software does
- License verification happens offline, on your own computer. The Software does not send usage data, telemetry, or analytics to us.
- To display the correct local price, the Software may determine your approximate region (for example, from your IP address) using a third-party lookup service. Only your natural outbound IP address is exposed; the result is cached locally on your device for up to 24 hours and is not stored or shared by us.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Creem — for payment processing, order management, and license issuance (including your Device Code);
- Email providers — for support communications;
- authorities, when required by law.
5. Retention
License records (order number, Device Code, license ID, issue date) are kept as long as needed for license recovery and legal compliance.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected]. Deleting license records may limit our ability to re-issue your license for the same device.
